Event Photography

The Experience

My focus is on documenting your small-mid size event like a story (no script or staging) to preserve the real memories and raw emotions. We can take some posed photos if they’re important to you, but that is not my speciality. My hope is for you to live in the moment, knowing that the authentic emotions and vantage points that surround you are being captured.

Availability

I do a limited number of events each year as they tend to be multi-hour commitments on nights and weekends, and I’m trying to savor that time with my little ones. But, it’s worth it on occasion as I have a blast doing them and love the variety!

The Celebrations

Birthday parties, engagement parties, proposals, bridal showers, baby namings, mitzvahs, fundraisers, corporate and family holiday parties… you name it.

I don’t know about you, but when I’m hosting a party, it feels like an out-of-body experience. I’m sweating, having to pee, tornado’ing between friends and family, and trying to keep one eye on my kids while attempting to stay present in the moment. It’s impossible. Add taking pictures to the list — which I was always doing (with my phone) before I got into photography, and it was like I was never even there. I was so distracted by trying to take pictures and hosting, that I wasn’t really “there”. But these celebrations are so special — some are once-in-a-lifetime — so I strive to be in a million places at once so that you can enjoy the moment.
